Notwithstanding being served distant from everyone else, coffee is oftentimes mixed, remarkably with milk (either steamed (without critical froth), wet frothed (“microfoam”), or dry frothed) and with high temp water. Outstanding milk-based coffee drinks, in place of size, incorporate: macchiato, cappuccino, level white, and latte, while coffee and water beverages particularly incorporate the Americano and long dark. Others incorporate the red eye and latte macchiato. The cortado and galão are made principally with steamed drain with practically no froth.
