Lucid Dreaming (9)

A clear dream is any dream in which one is cognizant that one is dreaming. The term was authored by the Dutch specialist and journalist Frederik (Willem) van Eeden (1860–1932). In a clear dream, the visionary may have the capacity to put forth some level of control over their support inside the dream or have the ability to control their fanciful encounters in the dream nature. Clear dreams might be practical and vivid. It is demonstrated that there are higher measures of beta-1 recurrence band (13–19 Hz) encountered by clear visionaries, henceforth there is an expanded sum of movement in the parietal projections making clear dreaming a cognizant method.
