What is “Jive Talk”

Jive Talk is, in certain regards, regular to Southern American English, which is articulated by numerous African Americans and numerous non-African Americans in the United States. Numerous creolists, incorporating William Stewart, John Dillard, and John Rickford, contend that AAVE stakes such a variety of aspects with African creole vernaculars articulated in a great part of the planet that AAVE itself is a creole, while alternates uphold that there are no critical parallels.
