Lie upper back perpendicular on seat. Flex hips marginally. Handle one dumbbell from behind or from side with both hands under internal plate of dumbbell. Position dumbbell over midsection with elbows somewhat bowed.

Execution

Keeping elbows marginally bowed all through development, flatter dumbbell over and past head until upper arms are in-line withg torso. Pull dumbbell up and over midsection. rehash.
