Ship of the Line

A ship of the line was a sort of maritime warship developed from the 17th through to the mid-19th century to tune in the maritime tactic reputed to be the line of fight, in which two sections of restricting warships could manoeuvre to carry the most terrific weight of broadside firearms to manage.
